The '4-star' hotel experience was an absolute letdown. The room had mold and leaking showers, gross. I just couldn't believe there was no one at the reception to even acknowledge my concerns. Somehow i wasn't offered any special treatment despite being here for four days? Simply unacceptable for such a prestigious place, quite frankly.

The receptionist was super friendly and even let us keep our bags after checking out so we could explore more. I loved relaxing by the pool and the cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding with a book. Only wish the gym had more equipment, but it didn't ruin our awesome experience 😊

Review of Campo Di Marte in Rome:
I had a wonderful experience at this tidy hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Rome and just a short walk from the Spanish Steps. A nice added perk is the nearby Airport Cafe & Liquors, which provides a great selection of tea and coffee. The room I booked was spacious and beautifully decorated, featuring new furniture and reliable internet. Overall, it was a delightful stay!
